Before this class, I had heard of Flickr and Delicious but I never really expressed an interest in using it. One of the features is that I can bookmark anything and have access to all no matter where I am. I have been able use Flickr to share my photos of my recent trip to China this past summer with friends with family.
Students at the school I am student teaching this semester are using Flickr and Delicious in their classrooms and at home. They are not only sharing their bookmarks with their peers but with the world of other Delicious users. I've seen them share their photos with one another when doing project based learning activities. As a future math teacher, I wonder how would I be able to use these web 2.0 to help my students link together in their domains.
